What do employees in each department do?

Unshaped Products Department

Three-shift work schedule
This department's main task is to ensure the continuous supply of semi-finished products, namely molding compounds, for the Molding Department. Additionally, it is responsible for producing bulk products, such as bagged concretes, mortars, and wet masses. In daily operations, automated mixers and mass-weighing lines are primarily used.

Molding Department

Three-shift work schedule
Employees in the Molding Department are responsible for shaping bricks and unique shapes from unique ceramic compounds. In the mold production workshop, employees produce, assemble, and renovate steel molds used in the Molding Department's presses. A carpentry shop within the Mold Workshop produces wooden molds. Each production worker has access to work tools in a modern machine park: four computer-controlled (CNC) machining and milling centers, gas and plasma cutters, standard lathes, milling machines, and grinders.

Firing Department

Three-shift work schedule
Prolonged firing in tunnel kilns transforms molded raw products into finished products. The Firing Process team oversees the preparation of products before and after the kiln and the operation of each kiln. This department's employees are also responsible for efficiently managing the finished goods inventory.
