Your personal data is processed on the basis of the legally justified interest of the Administrator, for the purposes of concluding and performing a contract linking the Administrator with a third party with whom you have a legal relationship (employment contract, civil law contract, appointment to bodies, etc.) – in order to conduct our business activities. For this purpose, we process, among others, the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, job position.

Providing your personal data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with the entity you represent, or for which you perform work or services.

The recipients of your personal data may be: state authorities in connection with proceedings conducted, entities involved in managing the Administrator’s IT systems, entities providing logistic services, and other related to the specifics of cooperation.

Your personal data will be stored by the Administrator for the period necessary to exercise rights or obligations or to protect the interest of the Administrator.

You have the right to access the contents of your personal data, the right to rectify, limit processing, the right to data portability, and the right to delete your data. These rights can be exercised by sending an email to korespondencja@pco.pl.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.
